Is it possible for the spark of human life to remain on Earth even after death, as a ghost? A task force of scientists and detectives investigates on the matter. First, they need to seize a presence and to discover why it continues to roam, even if unseen and caught in the endless repetition of old habits, among the living. These are the premises of Silk, an intriguing ultratechnological ghost-story that tries -with partial but not complete success- to reinvent some of the most trite commonplaces of oriental horror.
